Three engagements cover almost everything I do. Each one is a flat fee, quoted after a conversation and before any drafting starts. The prices below are typical, not automatic: if your situation is simpler, the number comes down.
$3,000
A complete Pennsylvania plan for a homeowner or couple whose estate is a house, retirement accounts and a life insurance policy.
$4,200 to $5,000
Everything in the Essential Plan, plus a trust where the situation genuinely calls for one: out-of-state property, young or vulnerable beneficiaries, a blended family, or Medicaid asset protection.
From $2,400
Representation for the person carrying the estate, quoted once I know what the estate involves. Available in full or in pieces.
Fees shown are typical ranges for this practice and are not a quote or a guarantee. Your engagement letter states the actual figure before any work begins.
No asterisks. If something is billed separately, it is in the last column.

Not everyone needs a plan. Sometimes one document, one letter or one review is the entire problem.
I read the document you already have against the 2015 requirements and tell you whether it will hold. Flat fee, usually one meeting.
A letter citing 20 Pa.C.S. ยง 5608.1 and the acceptance deadlines. Most refusals resolve at this stage.
You handle the estate, I prepare and file the REV-1500 correctly and on time.
Marriage, divorce, a death, a new property, a move into or out of Pennsylvania.
